The Canadian Membership Caucus is for the Canadian membership of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) to share information respecting the rights of Canadians in the civil justice system and other national legal issues, to provide legal education relevant to Canadian members in conjunction with AAJ Conventions and to further the objectives of AAJ through the Canadian Membership Caucus.

Canadian Legal Blogs

Canadian Legal Blogs

Members of the Canadian Caucus are leaders in plaintiff-based civil trial practice. Many of them write articles and blogs for the benefit of colleagues in practice and the public, to educate on various developments in the law.

The Canadian Caucus is proud to have created a collector page for our Members’ Law Blogs. This page should be a great resource to Members, lawyers and the Canadian Public in finding current, thoughtful analysis of legal matters from across the country and across a number of practice areas.
