Education / Events The Canadian Caucus presents a Canadian Track at the Annual AAJ Summer Convention. In addition, other programs are available to members and Canadian lawyers from their provincial Trial Lawyers Associations. Such programs often feature Canadian Caucus members as Conference Chairs, faculty and certainly as participants. Details of the Canadian Caucus programming is set out at the links to the left. Education is key to maintaining and enhancing trial and advocacy skills. |
The Canadian Membership Caucus is for the Canadian membership of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) to share information respecting the rights of Canadians in the civil justice system and other national legal issues, to provide legal education relevant to Canadian members in conjunction with AAJ Conventions and to further the objectives of AAJ through the Canadian Membership Caucus.
