Summary

Learning your client’s stories is paramount to making a vivid, vibrant, truthful connection with the jury, allowing you and the jurors to understand and value the losses, struggles, efforts and strength it takes for your client to continue by stepping into the client’s life before and after the injury to value the true losses.


Pat Montes will teach you how to help your client tell their credible story by educating client on their role in the litigation process, teaching how to describe and make words visual and visceral. Jurors can imagine client’s life, will connect with client’s feelings, as client lets us into their circle of people, recreates important scenes, and helps us understand client’s values and life lessons in their journey before and after the crash.
