This three-part series is designed to take lawyers new to personal injury litigation through the trial of a personal injury case from intake all the way through closing arguments, using an automobile accident fact pattern. The series begins with intake and evaluation, on to complaints, discovery, and depositions, with the final series covering the trial of the case from witness preparation through closing arguments.
