Claims against government entities are full of landmines that can derail your case before it even begins. Don’t let a good claim against the government become an even better claim against you! In this webinar, Rob Astorino, Jr. will share what he’s learned successfully litigating claims of government overreach and constitutional violations. This program is focused on intentional claims under 42 U.S.C. 1983 and not negligence claims involving the Federal Tort Claims Act, though the differences between these two claims will be briefly discussed.
