This webinar will cover the basics of managing a personal injury case from the first meeting with your client through settlement or the decision to file a complaint in court. It is for lawyers new to the practice of plaintiff personal injury claims as well as experienced lawyers interested in exploring a better way to manage auto cases in the pre-litigation stage. In addition to sharing what he’s learned from more than 25 years of handling auto cases, Curt Hamilton will provide forms and examples he uses in his practice.
